Shape and size of the trapezoid as well as the number of them in width of the panel plus the top layer, determines the amount of tolerable pressure of a roof sandwich panel.

In proportion to the distance of the base foundation supports from each other and the slope of the roof and the amount of snowfall and maximum wind pressure in the area as well as the pressure of other loads on the roof, the appropriate sandwich panel of the roof should be calculated and specified.

For instance, in those climates that it never snows, or in the project with close distance between the base supports, using roof sandwich panels with large step trapezoids is only unnecessary weighting of the roof and useless expense, or when the slope of the roof is steep even in areas with high amount of snowing, it is not economically to use large trapezoidal steps.

1.2-meter wide panels have less overlap joints, lower screw consumption, lower transportation costs than traditional narrow-width panels, higher installation speed, no unnecessary weighting the roof and are more cost-effective for the buyer.

For the first time in Iran, Arya Baron has produced 1.2-meter wide panels almost simultaneously with the European manufacturers and of course several models of ceiling panels with different trapezoidal profiles for different roofs and in different weather conditions are still in Arya Baron’s shopping basket.
